Services for Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass

    Servicing

Regular servicing helps your instrument stay in great shape and sound its best. During a service, I check the bridge, soundpost, strings, and pegs and make sure everything is fitting and working properly. I then give the instrument a gentle clean and polish. Even small adjustments can make a big difference to how your violin feels and sounds, helping you get the most out of your playing.

    New instrument set up

When a new instrument hasn’t been professionally set up, I take the time to make sure everything is adjusted for the best sound and playability. This includes fitting the bridge and soundpost correctly, shaping the nut and adjusting the pegs. A proper setup makes a huge difference! It helps the instrument sound clear, feel comfortable to play, and stay in tune more easily.
